Your tracking number is emailed automatically as soon as your order ships.
Changes & refunds
A change request and a cancellation refund both have to be asked for before the buy closes — at close that count is committed to the supplier.
If you already have a request open when a buy closes, it stays open for a few days so we can still approve or decline it; after that it closes itself and we email you.
If we approve a change that costs more, the difference is payable until one deadline set by the buy rather than by when we approved it, and the exact date and time is on your order and in the email.
