How to request a refund
Contact support on Telegram or by email with your order number. We review each request individually and, where approved, send the refund in crypto to an address you provide.
Group buys
If you need to back out of a group buy, contact support before it ships. We process the refund manually and free your spot in the buy.
No automated refunds
There is no self-service refund button — every refund is a manual crypto transfer handled by an operator, so allow time for processing.
