Everything about ordering

A group buy is a limited ordering window that combines member demand for batch pricing. You pay during the open window to reserve the items shown on that buy. A pre-order buy ships after it closes and stock arrives; an in-stock buy begins packing after the sale ends. Every buy has its own items, limits, shipping options, and timeline.

We intentionally space group buys out. The goal is to have the previous buy's packages shipped or delivered before the next one opens. That usually points to roughly 3–4 months after a buy ends, but it is an estimate rather than a fixed schedule. Supplier, testing, customs, and delivery timing can move it, and the vendor or offerings may change. Once a date is real, we announce it and list the buy on the Group Buys page.

Use the estimate on that specific buy as the answer. Many pre-order buys publish a window around 8–12 weeks after the buy closes, but that is not a site-wide guarantee. Supplier production, independent testing, customs, stock arrival, and carrier timing can move it. The buy page shows each stage as it happens, and tracking is emailed when your package ships.

The live buy page shows a countdown plus a highlighted deadline in your device's own time zone. If that time zone looks wrong, turn off your VPN, reload the page, and check your device or browser time-zone setting. The same page also keeps the fixed Eastern and Pacific cutoff as a reference. At zero, no new orders can be placed and the rules shown on that buy take effect.

Read the unit on the individual item. Some buys sell kits and state exactly what each kit contains; others can sell vials or another unit. The item name, unit, quantity selector, and cart all use the same unit, so do not assume every group buy is ten vials per listed price.

The vendor is shown on the buy when it is relevant and confirmed. Vendors and offerings can change from one group buy to the next. We review the available supplier, pricing, testing, and fulfillment terms for each buy instead of promising that the next one will repeat the last one.

No. Once the countdown reaches zero, the buy no longer accepts new orders. Joining late would change the supplier count after the batch is being finalized. Check the Group Buys page for anything currently open, or wait for the next announced buy.

Open the item or group buy, choose the quantity, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. For a group buy, read the close deadline, shipping estimate, unit, and any region-specific delivery terms before placing the order. The payment page appears after checkout.

Crypto only. Pick a supported coin and the exact network on the payment page. Any conversion surcharge and the exact amount to send are shown before you choose. After sending, paste the transaction ID so we can match and verify the payment on-chain.

We accept USDC on Solana, USDC on Ethereum, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDT on Ethereum, and PYUSD on Solana. Choose the exact coin and network shown on the payment page.

Everyone sends to the same published addresses, so the transaction ID is what matches one on-chain payment to one order. Paste it after sending and the order advances automatically once the network confirms. If a valid transaction ID will not verify, the payment page lets you attach a screenshot for manual review.

The money is not automatically lost, and you should never send the whole payment a second time.

• A small shortfall, usually an exchange or bridge fee taken in transit, appears as short and the payment page offers a Top up button for the difference.
• A large shortfall is held for a person to review. The page asks you not to send anything else yet.
• For a group buy, every remaining order or approved-change balance must be fully paid within 24 hours after the buy ends. If it is still short, the change is reversed or the order is cancelled; its goods are released and only the amount that reached us is returned.
• If nothing reached our address, there is no part-payment to top up. Contact support with the transaction ID before doing anything else.
• An overpayment still confirms the order. The surplus appears on the order page and we contact you about returning or crediting it.

The order is held for a person to review instead of being confirmed automatically. Do not send the payment again. Contact support with the transaction ID so we can identify what arrived and explain the next step.

If you have not sent anything, reload the payment page for a fresh rate, amount, and window. If you already sent the old amount, do not send again. Open the order under Account, submit the transaction ID, and let the existing payment be checked.

Solana usually finalizes in seconds. Ethereum generally takes a couple of minutes. Bitcoin waits for two blocks, so allow roughly twenty minutes. The payment page updates itself, and you can close it because we email you when the order confirms.

No. The transaction has been found and the system is waiting for the network to make it final. Nothing is needed from you while it is confirming.

It depends on the sales channel and the individual group buy:

• Orders from the shop ship within the United States.
• A group buy ships standard — we pack it and send it — to the US, and to the UK and geographic Europe on any buy that posts rates for those regions, with no minimum to reach.
• Where a buy does not offer standard shipping to your region, it may still ship supplier-direct, which can carry its own product minimums, mix-and-match total, or overall kit minimum.
• Bulk offers ship to listed destinations in the US, the UK, and geographic Europe.
• The rates and qualification message shown in your cart and at checkout are the ones that apply to your order, and an unlisted destination is unavailable online.

In-stock and bulk orders are packed once payment confirms. A group buy follows the estimate and live stage tracker on its own page. Timing can move as supplier, testing, customs, stock arrival, and carrier information develops. Tracking is emailed as soon as your package ships.

Some orders ship in more than one package. An add-on or supplier-shipped item may travel separately and arrive later. Each package gets its own tracking entry on the order page, so one can be moving while the other is still being prepared.

Bulk orders carry the published reship guarantee for customs seizure or a failed certificate from a reputable lab. Group-buy shipping and reship terms can vary, so use the terms on that buy and contact support with your order code if there is a customs problem.

You can cancel an unpaid order from its payment page. Once payment is detected, use the options shown on the order page or contact support.

• Some buys are all sales final.
• Otherwise a change request and a cancellation refund both have to be asked for before the buy closes — at close that count is committed to the supplier.
• If you already have a request open when a buy closes, it stays open for a few days so we can still approve or decline it; after that it closes itself and we email you.
• If we approve a change that costs more, the difference is payable until one deadline set by the buy rather than by when we approved it, and the exact date and time is on your order and in the email.

When a paid group-buy order is eligible, open it in your account and submit a cancellation refund request.

• Choose USDC on Solana or USDC on Ethereum, then enter the current wallet address twice.
• You cannot withdraw a submitted request from your account, and your items stay reserved while an operator reviews and sends the refund.
• A full refund returns the value of your order. Refunds are sent as USDC on Ethereum or Solana, converted at the rate when we send it. A refund for a change to your order returns the value of the items.

No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only, not for human consumption. You must be 18 or older to order.

Certificates of analysis come with group buys, not with bulk orders. Every report we publish is kept in the COA library and grouped by its batch. A custom certificate ordered as an add-on is emailed as a private link rather than published.
