How to Find Your Transaction ID (TXID) and Confirm Your Payment
We now ask for a transaction ID on every order so we can match your payment to your order and get it moving. Don't worry — it's easy, it takes about 30 seconds, and this guide walks you through every step with pictures.
What is a transaction ID?
When you send a crypto payment, the network creates a receipt for it, and that receipt has its own unique code — the transaction ID. You'll also see it called a TXID, a transaction hash, or just a hash. They all mean the same thing.
It's simply proof that your payment happened. When you give it to us, we look it up on the network and confirm your order right away.
So it's either a long string of letters and numbers, or a link that ends in /tx/…. Either one works — you'll see how to grab it below.
The quick version
- 1On the payment page, copy the exact amount and send it from your wallet.
- 2Open the payment you just sent in your wallet or app, and copy its transaction ID.
- 3Back on the payment page, paste it into the Confirm your payment box.
- 4Tap Verify my payment. Done — you'll get a confirmation.
That's the whole thing. The rest of this guide just shows each step slowly, with pictures.
Step 1 — Send the exact amount
When you place an order you land on the payment page. It shows one number: the exact amount to send. Tap Copy total to send, then paste that into your wallet or exchange when you send the payment.
Send the exact amount shown — don't type in the dollar total, and don't round it. If the amount doesn't match, your order gets held for a manual check and slows things down.
Step 2 — Find your transaction ID
After you hit send, your wallet or app gives you a transaction ID. Here's where to find it in the most common places. It's almost the same everywhere: open the payment you just sent, then copy its ID or its link.
In a phone wallet app (MetaMask, Phantom, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet):
- Open the app and go to your Activity or History (often a clock icon).
- Tap the payment you just sent.
- Look for Transaction ID, Transaction hash, or a “View on explorer” link (Solscan, Etherscan, and so on).
- Tap Copy. If there's a share or link button instead, copying the link works too.
On an exchange (Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, Crypto.com, Cash App):
- Open your account activity and tap the withdrawal / send you just made.
- Find “View on block explorer,” “Transaction hash,” or a link — and copy it.
- If the only thing you can find is a link that opens a page showing your transaction, copy that whole link. It counts.
Easiest trick: if you see a “View on explorer” or “Copy link” button anywhere on your sent payment, use it. That link IS a valid transaction ID — you can paste the whole link straight in.
Step 3 — Paste it in and verify
Go back to the payment page for your order — it's the same page you paid from, or open your order under Account → Orders and continue to payment. Scroll down to the Confirm your payment box.
Paste the transaction ID (or link) your wallet shows after sending. It verifies instantly — nothing else needed.
- 1Paste your transaction ID (or link) into the box.
- 2Tap Verify my payment.
The page checks the network and moves on by itself. You'll see “Confirming on the network,” then “Payment confirmed,” and we email you a receipt. That's it — you can close the page.
If it won't verify
It's almost always one of these — quick to fix:
- You didn't copy the whole thing. Transaction IDs are long — make sure you got all of it, with no spaces before or after.
- It's still landing. A payment can take a minute to show up on the network. Wait a moment and tap Check now.
- The amount didn't match. If you sent the dollar amount instead of the exact crypto amount, it needs a manual check — contact support.
- Wrong coin or network. If you sent a different coin, or on a different network than the page asked for, don't send again — contact support and we'll sort it out.
Still stuck? On the payment page, tap “Send a screenshot for manual review,” attach a picture of your sent payment, and we'll confirm it by hand — usually within a few hours. You can also tap Contact support any time.
Never send the payment twice. If something looks off, stop and contact support with your transaction ID — sending again just means waiting on a refund.
In short
A transaction ID is your payment's receipt code. Send the exact amount, copy the ID (or link) from your wallet, paste it into Confirm your payment, and tap Verify my payment. That's all we need to lock your order in.
