How Group Buys Work at Peptegridy
The idea
A group buy pools many small orders into one large batch so everyone pays batch pricing instead of single-unit pricing. You reserve the kit you want up front, and it ships once the sale ends — for most buys that means after the batch is ordered from the supplier and lands, and for a buy running on stock already on hand it means as soon as the sale is over.
The flow, step by step
- Browse the open group buy and add the kit(s) you want to your cart.
- Check out, then pick your coin on the payment page. Your spot is reserved the moment payment confirms on-chain.
- Some buys post a close date and count down to it. Others run until they sell out, with no deadline shown — those close when we close them, so don't wait on a date that was never posted.
- After it closes, fulfillment follows the timeline posted on that buy; tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
Each buy says on its own page which kind it is: a pre-order shows a stage for the batch going to the vendor and stock arriving, and an in-stock buy skips both because the vials are already here.
Pricing, shipping, and add-ons
Kit prices and shipping rules are shown on each group-buy page and recalculated in your cart before payment. Orders from the shop ship within the United States. A group buy ships standard — we pack it and send it — to the US, and to the UK and geographic Europe on any buy that posts rates for those regions, with no minimum to reach. Where a buy does not offer standard shipping to your region, it may still ship supplier-direct, which can carry its own product minimums, mix-and-match total, or overall kit minimum. Bulk offers ship to listed destinations in the US, the UK, and geographic Europe; YuanTai offers also ship to Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, India, South Korea, and most other parts of the world (inquire ahead of ordering). A 5% handling charge is added for orders going to Australia or New Zealand. A 10% handling charge is added for orders going to the UAE or India. The rates and qualification message shown in your cart and at checkout are the ones that apply to your order, and an unlisted destination is unavailable online.
Optional add-ons show their exact price and rules on the buy page. A custom COA request is tied to products already in your cart, and insurance coverage is calculated from the eligible order value so you do not have to guess a quantity.
Changing or cancelling
Need to adjust a paid group-buy order? Open it in your account and use the options shown there. Some buys are all sales final. Otherwise a change request and a cancellation refund both have to be asked for before the buy closes — at close that count is committed to the supplier. If you already have a request open when a buy closes, it stays open for a few days so we can still approve or decline it; after that it closes itself and we email you. If we approve a change that costs more, the difference is payable until one deadline set by the buy rather than by when we approved it, and the exact date and time is on your order and in the email.
A submitted cancellation refund request cannot be withdrawn from your account, and your kits stay reserved until an operator completes it. A full refund returns the value of your order. Refunds are sent as USDC on Ethereum, Solana or Base, converted at the rate when we send it. A refund for a change to your order returns the value of the items. Unpaid orders can still be cancelled from the payment page.
Why crypto-only
Payments settle on-chain to self-custody, with no third-party card processor in the middle. You pay the exact amount shown and paste the required transaction ID. The order advances automatically after the payment verifies and confirms on-chain.
